  MME gets 2 stars (I'd give them 1 star otherwise) only because its one of the few companies willing to take on new grads to do P&D. After gaining experience there is no reason to stay with MME. Top pay for P&D Drivers is $4-5 below Fedex, R&L, SAIA, OD, etc. As a small company they don't have the resources to buy smaller trailers with lift gates but will still send you to tight areas with no docks/forklifts and expect you to break down the freight and carry it in. I know, I would see "liftgate required" on the bill but they still put it on my trailer repeatedly. Lastly, don't let them BS you that their Health Insurance is so much better thus the lower pay. It isn't!! Bottom line, harder work for less pay. In addition the place is dismal with a very negative and depressing vibe since Kevin M. left.
